New Mi 11 Pro - Payment apps fail to add credit card

Hi everyone,
my device: Mi 11 Pro, 12.5.10 eu
I tried to connect my credin card to my phone, with two diffrent payment apps.
one app says: " your device is not support" , and the other one just write Fail.
i try to switch between "HCE" and "SIM". still don't work
