Hi everyone,

I tried searching the forum but haven't found anyone with the same issue, so I'll start a new thread.
I have purchased Mi 11 Pro from TradingShenzhen with Xiaomi.eu firmware around 1.5 years ago. The phone worked fine for a while, but recently started to reboot on its own, freeze and behave weird in general. I thought that MIUI might be the issue so I successfully updated to stable V14.0.11 and then to V14.0.13. However, this didn't solve the issue and now, when the phone restarts, it gets stuck on fastboot.
In most cases, it helps to get into TWRP (volume UP and power button) and delete cache for the phone to behave normally for a while.
Yesterday, when taking a picture, the phone froze and then restarted. Now it's stuck on fastboot for more than 24 hours. I can't turn it off, can't get into TWRP, every attempt results in a 1/2 second of MI logo and then fastboot.
I let the batter drain so that the phone turned off, charged it again, but the issue persists.

Can you please advise how to proceed?
Thanks in advance!
