Resolved Mi 11 Ultra [13.0.9] Wallpaper & Personalisation settings open and close instantly

After updating to 13.0.9 today, it opens these settings and one second later it throws me back to the main menu. My theme is the default and I have restarted the phone.

Already patched for the next release. Meanwhile set System launcher as default launcher to access "Wallpaper & personalization" screen.

Using default Xiaomi launcher here, on v13.0.9, no issues at all

Already patched for the next release. Meanwhile set System launcher as default launcher to access "Wallpaper & personalization" screen.
