Mi 11 Ultra - 14.0.13.0 no floating notifications

Hey,

I recently updated from 14.0.11 to 14.0.13 and my floating notifications gone now for every app. Tried everything to make it work as it should but no luck.
What I can try to get it work again?
I'm rooted by Magisk.
