Mi 11 ultra Global to EU rom

I am new at this , so i apologize in advance. I bought 11 ultra in dubai and it is MIUI global 13.0.4.0 stable ( SKAMIXM) VERSION.
What will i gain with EU rom VERSION? Which EU version should i install? I live in Sarajevo,Bosnia so Bosnian/serbian/croatian language is nice to have.
