Mi 11 Ultra Update disaster.

Hi...
I thought I would update from MIUI 12 (last 12.5) to MIUI13 (13.0.12.0)
I used the fastboot update file (No format Data).

In the beginning everything looked fine.
A little more battery consumption.

But then...

After 3 hours the first errors:
Random reboot, random shut down...
i did change some settings like disable NFC, smart cover disable...

1 hour all good.
Then it went crazy.
Random reboot... Random shut down
boot loop
and so on...

I thought do the update again with format data.
But then bootloop with fastboot...
I start in fastboot... but after seconds... reboot bootloop.

Fastboot doesn't stay active.

What did I do wrong???
What should I do now?

At the moment i cant boot anymore. Bootloop or it shuts off while booting.

UPDATE: After trying fastboot update with format Data it shuts off at 50% Now no booting anymore. No Mi Logo. Only flickering screen or comlete black.
