Hello it seems you have not created the Mi Account

yes, I fixed this issue with permission settings.

Hi can you please list the permissions that you gave to micloud? I am affected by the same issue on 6.10.27 global dev.
Thanks.

Me too. It's a known bug of MIUI in that mi cloud does not sync contacts' blocklists i my understanding and it was never fixed since many versions.

I have the same problem on my Redmi 2 (Wt88047) with Xiaomi.eu 8.1.2.0 stable (LHJCNDI) 5.1.1 LMY47V.
In Security > Permissions i can find only Mi Authenticator and Xiaomi Assistant (both have already all permissions).
Where I can find Mi Cloud permissions?

@robi
You have to go to Settings->Applications->Mi Cloud (tap on it) then scroll down to the Permission section and tap on it you will find the permissions required by the applications and what is allowed or denied.
Anyway my permissions on MI cloud have ever been fine, it is a bug in global ROM and it seems fixed since the latest 2 global developer releases, I think that the fix is not yet ported to the global stable.

Well, so it's a bug: anyway I can't modify permissions in system apps.
It's the first time I'm trying a stable (I come from dev 6.5.26).
Thanks.
