I would like to ask what is the SAR level for
a) head
b) body
in the Mi 5 international version or - if it exists - dedicated for Europe as well?
I find different information.

Well...if no one - even the company knows, I believe there is nothing to boast about. A pity, as it means it is better to choose another phone...
