Mi 6x ARB

Hi there,
I have my Mi 6X (wayne) with official Miui 10 China Stable version 10.0.3.0. I have also checked my anti rollback status and it is at level 4.

1.Will any Xiaomi.eu rom , even the ones older than this miui version brick my device?
2.Is there anyway of bricking the devices doing something wrong while flashing, and not with the rom itself? (im a newbie at flashing, so the chances are high)

I have a mi 6x (was a mi a2 but I converted it into a mi 6x). I'm running xiaomi.eu rom as always on my devices and no problems so far with ARB.
Xiaomi.eu rom has ARB disabled

Flash a ROM via twrp that arb lesser numbers than yours will brick it.
