Mi 8 anti rollback

Hello,

i have a new chinese Mi 8 with unlocked bootloader and Global 9.5 pre-installed from the seller. I want to flash 8.8.30 weekly Xiaomi.eu ROM and avoid bricking the phone with anti-rollback protection. With "fastboot getvar anti" i get "getvar variable not found". Is it safe to flash?

Remember to never lock again your device even if you leave xiaomi EU rom to go back to global official one. Lot of people do thus mistake then brick their phones. Just saying in case you didn't know.
