Mi 8 flash problem

i have mi8 dipper, and i for error format all data,syste,internatlstorage,cache,dalvik, etc.
now when i flash xiaomi.eu zip with twrp. stay in bootloop.
how i can solve it? i cant flash globa rom with fastboot, says model missmatching , and i cant enter in edl mode.
