Invalid Mi 8 Play Store and Messaging Keeps crashing and other bugs...

As the title says, coming from 9.2.15, the latest update MIUI 10 9.2.21 Play Store and Messaging keeps crashing and the settings has this weird name "This setting is restricted". Also, from System apps settings, what seems to be Security displays its module(?) name instead.

Resources glitch. Go to TWRP -> Advanced -> File Manager.
Browse to /data/system and delete the package_cache directory, then reboot.
