Mi 8 Pro (equuleus) no system installed

Hi Guys,

i flashed the modded twrp from here https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/twrp-3-2-3-0927-for-mi-8-pro-ud-equuleus.46965/
and the Mi8Pro Rom from xiaomi.eu https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=1322778262904026152

Problem now: i reboot the device and twrp tells me: no system installed.
i reflashed twrp and the rom but its still the same problem. device boots but i only get the MI logo on the screen and the powered by android with the 3 running dots.

any ideas how to fix that?

It's not bug... Because u deleted rom, the system isn't installed. Just restart your device and waiting...
