MI 8 with MIUI 10 lost Voice Input

Anyone running MIUI 10 on MI 8 has the voice input option in Language & input > Speech? It's missing from mine and "OK Google" doesn't work now.

Voice match options are all disabled. "The feature is currently unavailable for this language" but I am on US English. Tried other languages and they all have the same issue.

i'm on stable MIUI 9 v9.5.13.0 Global official and my MI8 has the bootloader locked.
There is a way to enable the voice match?
