New [Mi 9 20.1.21] Bluetooth disconnect action not always sent

When playing audio through bluetooth, my apps are set to stop playing when bluetooth is disconnected.
Often on this version, when bluetooth is disconnected the audio starts playing on the speaker.

This can even happen when the phone tries to connect to an unauthorised bluetooth device on the street - suddenly the phone can start playing audio through the speaker.

Interesting. Every time mine disconnects, it automatically pauses. Is it a system wide problem? Or is it app based?

Seems to apply to every app, occasionally. For sure, it can go a few days without misbehaving then it goes wrong.
