Invalid MI 9 MIUI Plus crashes on App Launch

Device: MI 9
Firmware: Latest MIUI 12

I have installed the MIUI Plus app from plus.miui.com. It works partically but opening any app crashes the Windows Programm. All requirements are met, (even using the Xiaomi MI Notebook).
I guess this has something with this Rom todo. Anyone similar issues?

MIUI+ has nothing to do with us. Report to Xiaomi China.
