Resolved Mi 9 pro 5g bug issue

Hi everyone,

I just installed miui 11 from this link https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-11-0-stable-release.52628/

everything seems perfect except 2 thing :

1- The 5g icon is not showing ( 4g and 3g are OK )
2- i cant see whats-app notification

Can't say much about the Whatsapp issue, but we can try solving the 5G issue.
Try flashing this with TWRP (mount System partition first, just in case):

I copied the zip into the phone storage , when i go TWRP to install it , i cant find the file . have i missed something?

.... make sure Install Zip is selected... otherwise I don't know.

i tried the below , but the word assert does not exist .

sorry forget to do . the file installed successfully, however the 5g icon still not showing .

Note: the whats-app notification issue has been solved after formatting the phone.

Just to be clear. Does your sim or network provider supports 5G techonology yet? Does it have the same band the Mi 9 Pro 5G has?

hHi. There is a problem with. Xiaomi Mi9 Pro 5G, sometimes the microphone stops working completely, they do not listen to you on calls, it does not work in its entirety. I use version 9.12.12, in update 9.12.19 it is the same problem. What could be the problem?. The only solution is to restart the device.

How can I make an error report on my phone when the microphone fails, to be able to send that information and make it more easy to locate the problem? Could you help me with this? thanks

Just to be clear. Does your sim or network provider supports 5G techonology yet? Does it have the same band the Mi 9 Pro 5G has?

yes. my network support 5g and they work wonderfully with the original chines Rom . the 5g still work with the EU rom , my concern only is the 5g icon is not showing .

Then replace MiuiSystemUI.apk with the one in the ZIP manually.

how do i find MiuiSystemUI.apk in the phone to replace it with the ZIP . When i try to install it manually , it says ( Cant install system applications from unofficial channels.

You use TWRP's File Manager. The APK is in /system/system/priv-app/MiuiSystemUI
