Mi 9t random screen turning off

I dont why but when ever i am in snapchat and texting the screen would turn off randomly and i would have to unlock the device, it is not a hardware issue because in Xiaomi.eu miui 11 it was working as it should and it looks like the whole system or the grafic engine is crashing

same on mi8. It mostly happens to me while i'm also charging the phone
