Mi Cloud Upgrade issue ( A server error occurred)

Hi Dears
I subscribed to MI Cloud 50Gb in 2020 and renewed it in 2021 and 2022
now I can't renew it and I may lose my data if this continues
it gives me (A server error occurred) when I try to make the payment as you see in the screenshot.
I also tried Hong Kong VPN but still had the same issue.
how may I renew it please
any advice

i created new account with Region HongKong then i recharged to me 500 MI coins and now I have a premium account
It takes about a week to transfer the data from old to a new account
I recommend you to create an account with hong kong region then ask him to recharge to you ... or you can recharge yourself via PayPal if your account is in HK it will open PayPal and you will renew normally
