Mi Cloud Upgrade

It is not possible to upgrade the space for the Mi Cloud...every time it tells me there is a problem in the server...I also tried to buy the Mi Coins as suggested in another thread but then there is no no page to upgrade...is it possible that you can no longer use mi Cloud for backup??

I thought MiCloud is being shut down for non CN ROM.

I have try all..but nothing...I had to create a new account and everything works perfectly...first I moved all the contacts to Google and also I had a few devices on the Xiaomi Home and I shared with the old account on the new one...
