Mi Fit Help

Hello everyone, I would like your help after upgrading to MIUI 12 on my Mi 8, app notifications are no longer arriving on my Mi Band 4 when I put them on app lock.
However on MIUI 11 when I did the same procedure the notifications arrive normally, does anyone have a suggestion or tip there that can help me?

Disable and re-enable notification access for MiFit, maybe again after another flash.
