Maybe it's phone specific issue but I have no way to figure out. I'm using the latest EU stable ROM on my Poco F2 Pro and I never got any updates and still have 3.9.1i while several updates has been released by Xiaomi and available in my region too. These steps are also done already.

No lol. I would like to know how to fix this. As I said updates available but the phone acts like 3.9.1i is the latest. You do not mention anywhere in your tutorial that updating via Google Play is not possible. So what the heck should I think then...?

There's still nothing to fix. Google Play Store uses staged rollout so either wait or download from 3rd party like APKMirror.

Ps. Your "several updates" is this one update released about week ago.

You don't fix Google. Neither do we. What apps are displayed there and what versions are available are nothing we have any control over.
If a certain version isn't yet available for you (which can depend on A LOT of variables, e.g. specific Google Account, country, device, etc.), then get the APK from a trusted source (e.g. APKMirror) and update manually...

Wait a second. I checked this "'repo" and has a few updates. But yours differs. Which is the correct one then?

That's why I'm here. I linked a repo above. Is that contains the same exact build or it's different? Btw I tried to download it but MIUI tells me that system applications cannot be updated from standalone installers.

I see, if Mi Fitness is a system app for you, then yes, you can't update it. We don't include Mi Fitness as a system app for a long time now, your ROM is just outdated.

That's sounds pretty bad. Is 13.0.6.0 really outdated? As I understand the app must be removed somehow from system partition to get newer application(?). Are there any solution for this case?

Wait a sec, it was built just over a month ago, so no, it's not outdated.
The only explanation I have for your inability to update the app manually is that you're trying to install the Chinese Mi Fitness app, not the Global/Play Store one.
This is the one you want (notice the "i" in the version name, it stands for "international"):

Finally. Thanks. Now that's working. Does this means that Google Play detects incorrectly my build or it installs/contains another (non international) build?

No, it's likely that a newer version was not pushed yet for you, that's all. I'm no Google employee, this is all guessing.
