I just get a Mi Home Security Camera 360. I powered it on with a 2,1 A charger and followed steps in Xiaomi Home Android application. When I scan the QR code, I get an alert screen on phone, that I should move the camera closer to the router. After that an error message appears, that connection is timed out. I use WPA2-PSK on my router and installed app on my Samsung J5. How could I fix this issue?

It is not working with this network (Tenda F3 N300):

Protokoll: Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n)
Biztonság típusa: WPA2-Personal
Hálózati sáv: 2,4 GHz
Hálózati csatorna: 9
Kapcsolat sebessége (fogadás/küldés): 121/121 (Mbps)
IPv4-cím: 192.168.0.102
IPv4-es DNS-kiszolgálók: 192.168.0.1

BUT working with this one (Huawei E5577s):

Protokoll: Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n)
Biztonság típusa: WPA2-Personal
Hálózati sáv: 2,4 GHz
Hálózati csatorna: 9
Kapcsolat sebessége (fogadás/küldés): 65/65 (Mbps)
IPv4-cím: 192.168.8.102
IPv4-es DNS-kiszolgálók: 192.168.8.1
192.168.8.1

I can't see any relevant difference between these.

You had to turn of fast roaming in deco as the camera did not support it. Realated to all mesh network like asus, linksys, tplink ..

Hi, I have the same problem with the same wifi device (Tenda F3 N300). Have you found any solution for this device?
Or how can I turn off "fast roaming in deco" (I have no idea what is it)? Thank you!

Yes, I fixed it. Problem was caused by my router, because it was installed with an old firmware. I updated it from here: https://www.tendacn.com/en/product/download/f3.html. After that it is working fine and paired with camera.
