New [Mi Note 3][9.10.24]Themes cannot be imported

This issue started with 9.10.24 weekly. When I clicked to import button it only displays "File format not supported" message. It happens without select any file.

Have you disabled Files (aka File Manager) app by any chance?

Oh, thank you. You're right. I disabled default file manager in favour of mix file manager. Now I reenabled it and issue solved. Thank you.
