Mi Note 3 Stuck On Mi-Recovery 3.0

So today i was using my Redmi Note 3,you know the usual,PUBG YouTube Instagram.When i clicked the on phone button at the very left.I looked at the upper left corner and saw a split screen option.I use it for the first time to watch some YouTube whilst multitasking on google.A few hours later i was opening youtube when i saw that it has the split screen divider at the very bottom. i clicked the on phone button at the very left and saw that it said YouTube was the ''Phone'' app.I thought it was very weird so i reboot the phone when suddenly it takes me to Mi-Recovery 3.0.not knowing what to do i pressed the reboot button and it said to reboot to system so i pressed it.it rebooted but it was still stuck on Mi-Recovery 3.0.What do i do???.I dont want to lose al my data since i havent backed it up
