I noticed recently that my phone no longer vibrates for any of my notification events - SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail, the whole lot! It still vibrates when I receive calls and when I type on the keyboard.
I don't think the problem existed before I installed 2.12.7 and it still persists on 2.12.14. The version I had prior to these was 2.11.16.
Any idea how to fix this? My friends are getting upset with me for "ignoring" their messages!
UPDATE: Vibration seems to be working for SMS in fact, but definitely still not working for Gmail or WhatsApp. Both have a valid ringtone set and vibration enabled. The phone is set to vibrate in normal and vibrate in silent.
