I have decided to resurrect my old mi pad 2 but am having trouble
When running a vires checker (e.g. AVG or Malwarebytes) it flags two items (Teleyphone and Youtube) as malware.
I can disable Teleyphone ok with no problems but when I disable Youtube and reboot I get a constant error box pop up saying youtube has stopped unexpectedly.
It is also strange that the youtube app does not appear as I am used to on my other android devices.
I am running the following: MIUI 7.0, Android 5.1.
It says Youtube version is 5.7.41.
I have done a factory reset but cant get round this issue.
The other option I have considered is using FASTBOOT but cant find an official ROM to use.
Any ideas/suggestions?
