Hi

How do I flash from unofficial rom to xiaomi.eu if the bootloader is unlocked? Can I flash to China Dev rom from the updater app?

Is it easier to flash if I ask for it to be sealed?

I have unlocked a Xiaomi phone with my mi account before, does that mean I don't need to wait 720 hours?
