Mi Remote Not Shown

With xiaomi ROM, mi remote app does not show the TV section. Any idea to fix it,? Google store is useless because mi remote is a system app and can't be uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have the same problem, just installed IR Remote from play store and it work.

Ok, then you have to look for chinese versión oficial MI Remote ( think the last is 3.5.2), and install the apk.

Yes, you can uninstall and install It. It's not a system aplication.

In Xiaomi.eu yes It is. I cannot uninstall, and Google app store only let me open it.

Both of them are great but it is sad not to be able to use Mi remote original.

In my Mi5 with official global dev ROM don't appear the TV section, too. And I send the Redmi Pro APK vía bluetooth, and It shows the TV section again.

I have the same problem, since I updated the last time rom my tv icon disappeared

Solved by wiping data in recovery mode and installing xiaomi.eu ROM again. Previously backed my data up.
