Mi Unlock: Not connected to device

Mi5s plus is locked. Want to unlock bootloader.
Device is bounded to Mi acoount.
Developer options: USB debugging, allow OEM unlock
Windows command: adb devices: device is there
(flashing TWRP ofcourse not possible and Mi Flash not able to use, because bootloader is locked)
Tried 2 Mi accounts without succes.
Put pc in testmodus (disable driver signature enforcement).

Still "device not connected" in Mi Unlock.

What am i missing here?

Anyone advice?

CLOSED: Well, i made the same mistake as i made before. The Mi Unlock tool does not work from folder Downloads, so i put the Mi Unlock tool in the folder where the rom for the Mix2s is and it worked.

(I knew i had this before hahahahaha)
