Mi10 Bootloader opening and TWRP

I bought last week the Mi10 Global version. Cos, I can't stand it the lot of advertisement, I would like to open the Bootloader and flash recovery, to can flash Magisk, to have Adaway working. I need the method and the files for that instead of Magisk and Adaway. Thank you
And of course I would like to use XiaomiEu rom.
