MI10 Stuck on FASTBOOT

Hi,

I have done a factory reset on my MI10 5G Phone and for some reason, my phone is stuck on the orange FASTBOOT logo. I have tried the steps here: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/howto-install-fastboot-image.64508/ and nothing is working.

I have even tried the following steps here: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...0-12-06-from-lr-team.56577/page-2#post-576997 and still no luck.

The weird thing is, is that the phone comes on when connected by USB, but when I use the following command: c:\adb>fastboot devices, nothing appears.

I'm not sure what has gone wrong and I'm very worried.

Is there a fix for this.

can you start it in safe mode?

do you have installed twrp and can you start it?

perhaps you are in edl mode… then you have to contact guys in telegram

No luck my friend, can't get into Safe mode either, just stuck on FASTBOOT mode with nothing on phone. Can't even transfer anything onto the phone that's how bad it is. Thanks.
