mi10pro new phone not switching on

hi i buy new Mi10 pro phone china version .sealed pack. while i open or try to on my phone then its wouldn't start screen showing blank no led blank or no mi logo even i put on charge ,i try power button + volume button but not responding ,,any one know this issue please reply how can on its hardware issue or software..?

its showing as linke dead phone no respond , screen blank , no mi logo no led indicator etc. complete black screen,

Try to charge it for a while to see if it can turn on?

no its show black screen no indication for charging ,no vibrate, no led light , no mi logo or battery logo

put it at least half an hour in charger! it could be DeCharge Problem of the battery

I had the same thing happen to me. Just let it charge for a half hour with the original charger and cable.
