New MI2S portable hotspot not working

i have a problem with portable hotspot tethering..work well with usb tethering but portable hotspot is not working..is there any way to fix this problem because this is important to me..i'm using miuiandroid rom 3.8.23 and 3.8.29,,and nothing change with this problem..thank you
