Mi4s Process.android.media Stopped Working

After updating to 6.10.13 I got an error (process.android.media stopped workingg), the error always pop up everytime I download something from google playstore or from Mi Market and Themes.
Already clearing caches, already doing factory reset, the error still occured.

Installed latest stable rom but still error.

Everytime i turn on my mi4s the rom is being installed again and at the end there is a flash...
And the message about android.process stopped working keeps coming back.

Can you please tell me what to do to fix it?

Very strange: i wanted to install the miui 7.2 rom again with fastboot and also install twrp, but i had an idea.
I did a factory reset. Came in TWRP and took also partitions / moderations i think. I just did, but honest i had no idea. After the reset the mi4s started up in miui 8 stable and everything is fine now!!!

Can you explain (simple) this?
