Hi there.
I recently bought a MI5. It came with modified shop rom.
Trying to flash an official rom on it, to unlock bootloader and than flash xiaomi.eu rom the phone bricked, i think, altougt the flash was sucessful.
So, it appears only with the MI symbol on a black background on the sreen.
If i press vol- and power it goes to flashboot with the bunny image, but it does not flash anything.
If i press vol+ and power gets the recovery.
The phone is only detected on adb on recovery mode, and says "device offline". On PC shows "android device - android bootloader (i already install manualy qualcomm drivers).
Already tried some ways shown in thne net, like with mi pc suite chinese, english.

Any idea that can help me?

Thanks in advance

Have you tried wiping everything in TWRP except for SD card & re-installing the ROM?
Also re-download the ROM or check the MD5?

I think the correct method for Mi5 is flashing official via MiFlash, Unlock, flash TWRP via ADB then flash Xiaomi.eu.

But I think you may have a driver issue.
Are you getting a reply from 'adb devices' ?

Yes, but ONLY when the phone is on recovery mode (vol+ and power). Other way no devices on adb.

Maybe you can flash another ROM via MiFlash? I would suggest global dev 6.11.10 and see if it works after that. Flash all.

No EDL, just bootloop :(

Hmm, I'm a bit confused. You said you can access fastboot mode but when you connect the phone to pc, fastboot commands doesnt work? Have you correct drivers? Have you tried this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979

Try to reboot to EDL-mode from fastboot: https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/how-to/guide-reboot-to-edl-mode-fastboot-test-t3398718

If you get to EDL-mode, you can use MiFlash to flash orginal rom, for example global dev 6.11.10 and continue to unlocking bootloader.

Yep, fastboot mode works, recovery sotck workes, EDL command dont work - the phone reboot in bootloop. The PC dont recognize it as "qualcomm.......", but as adb device or android phone.

But its working now, with global stable flashed on older chinese version of Mi Pc Suite, thanks to a bit patient and help from a friend (yes, a guy who dont know me from anywhere and helps me to get my new, recently bought phone alive again, its my friend, no matter what, lol) from the miui portugal forum.

Now need to get permissions to unlock bootloader, than flash it with a china rom to unlock it, than change to a miui.eu rom.

Thanks to all who tried to help!

Donwnload an old china dev fastboot rom and try flashing it ( charge it to 100% before). https://redirect.viglink.com/?format=go&jsonp=vglnk_148735139160212&key=f0a7f91912ae2b52e0700f73990eb321&libId=iza2lxbe01000n4o000MAtjkkmluk4ro2&loc=https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-5/help/xiaomi-eu-7-8-13-0-maacndb-t3412638&v=1&out=http://bigota.d.miui.com/6.6.30/gemini_images_6.6.30_20160523.0000.23_6.0_cn_79be63012e.tgz&title=xiaomi.eu 7.8.13.0 (MAACNDB) | Xiaomi Mi 5&txt=http://bigota.d.miui.com/6.6.30/gemi...79be63012e.tgz i flashed this rom in fastboot and edl and worked fine.
If edl is allowed on the rom you have u could try to enter to it by holding both volume buttons pressed while the device isnt conected to usb .
If your device is successful in edl mode it should show when u connect it to pc port 10 probably. If flash is successful and phone wont turn on keep trying to turn it on every 15 min with and without the phone being charged.
http://en.miui.com/thread-367041-1-1.html if all fails try this method. But stay in china dev till you unlock bootloader than and in miflash dont select erase and lock cause it will lock bootloader again
