New Mi5s Plus Bug Korean Telecom In Skt, South Korea

I have big problem in korean telecom in SKT.
I am a SKT user in south korea.
I sent this problem by e-mail and sent Bug report by phone app in mi5s plus.
All firmware has this problem

below Big problem happen in Just only between SKT users.
my mi5s plus and other smart phone is in SKT network = two users use SKT in south korea.

my mi5s plus(volte mark(O), HD mark(X)) -> other SKT user (3G network(O), HD mark(X), not in LTE network)
other SKT user (volte mark (O), HD voice mark (O)) -> my mi5s plus(volte mark(O), HD voice mark(O))

In spain i was seems problem with Orange Es ....our solution was change OMV value to IMSI in APN settings.
You must need save the settings and restart the device to work back 4G/LTE try it

I set above explanation, but I don't solve the problem. I still have same problem.
