New [Mi8 - 8.9.13] Problem with launcher displaying

The problem appears after update to version 8.9.13 on Mi8 and factory reset. I use Nova Laucher. Then I open any application and then open the launcher I see it but below I see the MIUI launcher as image. If I open the launcher again it works correct. As you can seen on attached screenshot there are widget and two bottom buttons from Nova Launcher and the other objects from MIUI launcher. The pure Nova Launcher on second screenshot.
