- Download logo.zip:

- unzip logo.zip
- copy logo.img to your Mi8
- start Twrp -> Install -> Install Image -> logo.img -> select Logo

Start Twrp -> Install -> Install Image (select "Install zip" to switch to "Install Image") ->select file "logo.img" -> select the "Logo" option (8th from the top of the list)
