Mi9 very strange bug (?)

Hi guys,

I am currently on Xiaomi.eu 9.10.31 beta version. I've been tryig various MIUI 11 android 10 based versions and also MIUI 10 based on both android 9 and 10.
The problem is with the twitch app: i have L1 on the current xiaomi.eu version but cannot watch full hd stream from the app. Netflix is working good tho, I can get that full hd resolution there. Somebody had the same problem? Cache and data cleared, tried different versions of Twitch app all yielding the same result: no hd for me

I'm also currently on Xiaomi.eu 9.10.31 beta version, but DRM info shows L3. You sure you have L1?

Some people have L1 and some L3 with latest Xiaomi.eu.
