MI9 without android .

Hello
I put my mi9 in my pocket after a call.
2 minutes later I felt a vibration I went to see I was trying to connect without ever being able to

gave an error to say that the system was cleaned does not have android.
the fast boot does nothing it appears and disappears and is looping

how can i reinstall miui12 again?
the phone was clean it has nothing at this point

can you put it in fastboot?
is it discoverable when you put it in fastboot (on your pc)?

you installed adb on your pc I assume
does it list when you send the command
fastboot list devices
if yes than ofcourse you can re install miui
first install the twrp of you choice

and then the latest miui weekly or stable

if this is not the case (device is not recognized correctly

and push the official rom

it stayed until the battery loop ended.
today I charged the battery to try the adb on the pc and it is working.
yesterday the message appeared saying that it did not have software and did not start.
today it works.
have any explanation for this to happen?
