Mic barely working after Miui 10 update RMN3 Pro

Anyone know a solution for this problem? Handsfree works fine, only normal call no sound from my side.... and almost no sound is recorded with soundrecorder.

Also since MIUI 10 all my notes have disappeared (a lot were not yet synced with micloud)
