Micro scratches under factory protector

So today I removed the screen protector that came pre-applied. I noticed around 3-4 small scratches on the screen..
Most of them aren't noticable, but one is. Did anyone else notice it on his /her phone ?
It's these small scratches that you can only see when you reflect some light on the screen ..

Swapped my factory protector for a new one few days ago, the factory film was pretty messed up (after only 3 weeks of use) while the glass was pristine.
