MiMix3 MIUI v10.3.1.0 Reading mode turned on by itself when sunset with reading mode disabled and no schedule.
I can only turn it off by manually set time to before sunset. Same problem observed after reboot.

Not yellow tint. The setting pages have black background turned on by itself after sunset. I just edit my post by adding 2 photos to illustrate the problem. 7:11pm white background, 7:12pm black background. this happens only on Setting background.

That's not reading mode... that's night/dark mode... you need to unlock Developer options, and then:
Settings -> Additional settings -> Developer options -> Night mode -> select "Never"
