Mipad 2 Doesn't Load! Please Help!

Hi guys, I've installed the DEV ROM that I got from miui.com and once installed I've seen that there was available an update on the updater app. I've updated it but once rebooted the mipad get stuck on the OS "loading step". Basically I see the "MI logo" with the Android logo and the three dots, like loading.

The thing is that the MIPAD 2 is locked and I'm unable to unlock it either via command "fastboot oem unlock" (I get an error: FAILED remote unlocking device not allowed) or MIFlash (FAILED remote command not allowed in locked state).

I've loaded the MIRecovery to wipe all data but the issue still remains.

I would be very grateful if you guys would help me on recover my MIPAD 2.

I think for the first you need to make it bootable. So flash original dev and boot into it.

Yeah, but I cannot do that. When I tried to do that the process fails or says that I have to unlock it before :/

You should flash ANY (DEV or STABLE) ORIGINAL ROM. You don't need unlock for that.

Flashing either dev or global ROM is not possible. When trying to do that I always get the "failed" error message.

Mi Pad 2 have no global ROM. Are you sure, you downloaded correct version here http://en.miui.com/download-296.html ?

Imposible to flash or do whatever you think as the dev options were not enabled. Always say "failed" when trying to flash.

Is it able to boot into fastboot mode?

Yes. Ive tried to flash it vía fastboot (with commands) and Miflash, but as said, always getting the error message "failed, device is locked".

Only small difference - instead of Native android, download original stock 7.2.1.0.

You can unlock also without that. I sent request to unlock my REDMI 3. More then 20 days passed and still nothing....

BTW I've requested the unlock code. Still waiting (8 days...).

Something wrong there. Should not be like that. Maybe try to re-install drivers. Might be a case also.
