Used Xiaomi screen record tool for both voice and video calls record. My voice recorded, companion voice no. Tried several other screen recording programs from Playmarket - same result. Using 14 now. Had same issue on 12 Lite, but only after an update to HyperOS.

There is a dedicated feature named "Call recording" in system phone app. It should work better.
Sure, but I had an experience of successful use of this built in tool (both video and sound) - but after system update on old Xiaomi (12 Lite) I faced the same issue like on 14th - no more sound when recording. Moreover - took quite an old Redmi - and the tool was working also, sound and video recorded, but also only till the system update...
