Miui 10 incoming call bug

A few weeks ago, I installed Miui 10 10.0.1.0 (OAACNFH) Stable, ROM and after some days using it i think that i've found a bug.
When my phone is unlocked and in the main screen, and i received a call the incoming call appear like a notification on top of the main screen, instead the "open" a full screen incoming call. Does someone noticed this?

I think that is a feature. If phone is unlocked, presumably you are trying to start an app or something, so it does not go full screen to let you do whatever you wanted to do without dismissing the call.
