Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite Incoming Call minimised on top screen

I'm using my Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite phone,
Incoming calls don't appear in fullscreen.(Image 1)
Instead it shows up minimised on top screen.
If I tap on that minimised on top screen it shows incoming calls in fullscreen.(Image 2)

Is there a way I can fix this TOO FULL SCREEN in incoming calls like image 2?
