New MIUI 12 Gestures diabled

With the latest version 20.12.28 (MIUI 12.5 and Android11) for my MI9 I have strange bug, when waking up my phone from Ultra Power Savings.

Then Gesture Mode is turned off and Key Mode is switched on.

It is reversible. So gestures have to be switched on manually again.

Did an update with firmware 20.12.30 right now. No, it is not fixed!

Confirmed. I´m getting the same bug on a MI 9T Pro, clean install of the 20.12.30 Rom. In particular, from the beginning after setting the gestures, they doesn't work even if the system seemed to change to gestures, Only the navigation bar works.
