PIP won't work with Netflix.

Information:
Device: Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G
Version: HyperOS 1.0.1.0UMOMIXM
Device Language: English (UK)

Background:
Had this issue come and go with my older device (Redmi Note 8 Pro).
Bought the current device and transferred the older device info to the new one (I suspect that the issue carried within some settings or something).
The issue:
PIP basically won't work with Netflix. It works with YouTube (Premium).
I'm using Fullscreen mode (gestures) - I have tried reverting to the buttons - it didn't solve the issue.
Double back swiping - didn't work.
For a while (with Amazon Prime Video) calling Google's assistant popped up the pip but it stopped working after a while (I don't have Amazon Prime anymore so I cannot test it again).
The PIP setting is turned on for Netflix (I have tried toggling it and restarting my device etc.)

If someone on this forum had this issue and managed to solve it or have an idea on how to solve it - your help would be appreciated.

Can't update Redmi Note 13 Pro+

When I try to update the system, It says "Could not install the package" It's global 14.0.1.1 TNOINXM. What can I do to fix this problem ? Device code is: 23090RA98I The person from whom I bought this device says It's a server problem and going to be fixed soon. What should I do ?
